RaphaWell Affiliate Program
Affiliate Program Terms draft
Draft for Raphael Pharmaceutical legal and business approval. This page is not final program terms and should not be treated as a signed affiliate agreement until Raphael publishes an approved version.
Approval required: Raphael should complete its legal review, payment/tax process review, approved-claims guidance, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures before activating final terms.
Program purpose
Approved affiliates may introduce audiences to RaphaWell through an assigned, unique referral link. Affiliate participation is subject to Raphael’s review and approval.
Referral attribution
Raphael validates approved referral codes server-side and uses a first-party cookie for the configured attribution window. The first valid referral touch is retained during that window. A registration records referral interest; it is not a sale or commission event.
Commission concept
The intended commission is 10% of the eligible commission base for qualifying completed sales referred through an approved affiliate link. The final definition of qualifying sales, exclusions, adjustments, returns, reversals, and payment timing requires Raphael approval.
Promotion and disclosures
Affiliates must use accurate, approved messaging and required relationship disclosures. They may not make medical, treatment, cure, prevention, diagnostic, or outcome claims, nor imply a healthcare relationship. Final approved-claims and disclosure requirements must be supplied by Raphael.
Privacy and data
Affiliates should not collect or send sensitive health information to Raphael through this program. Raphael’s handling of referral and registration information is described in the Privacy Notice.
Payouts and taxes
Payment method, payout thresholds, tax documentation, timing, chargeback treatment, and permitted jurisdictions remain to be finalized by Raphael before the program is activated for payouts.
